About Nakiganda R.

I am dedicated to guiding students in entrepreneurship, sustainable agriculture, and business
development. My research focuses on value chain development, consumer behavior, and gender
inclusion in agribusiness. I aim to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders,
particularly youth and women, by promoting innovative and sustainable practices. With strong
leadership and collaboration skills, I am committed to supporting both academic growth and
community development. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Lecturer at Bugema University.
